  Took 5 minutes to be sat and it was slow. Maybe 5 tables with people in them. Took forever to have them come get our order and then 35 minutes to get our food. Hopefully that is worth the wait. The shakes were great, otherwise it would have been one star. Send your waitresses to charm school and hire faster cooks.

  Went there today & my experience was awesome. I could not believe they have 24 items on a $4.00 menu. Now as far as service goes you get what you pay for but no one there was rude or anything. Everyone was really nice. I will definitely be back.

  We arrived at 10:00 in the morning sharp for breakfast, the dining area was empty when we were seated. The coffee my mother received was cold, & they took more than 15 minutes to bring me my orange juice. 20 minutes after we were seated, a family of 6-7 arrived & they were served their food more than 10 minutes before they brought ours, when our order was pretty simple! Not only that, but they received water with their ordered drinks. They didn't accommodate us & my mother saw the cashier touching food that was about to be served.
  
  My mother specifically requested toast to replace the biscuit for her meal with salsa while we were placing our order, & not only did they bring her the biscuit instead, but they kept forgetting to bring her the toast & salsa while they we're "fixing" her order & didn't even bring her the toast until she was completely done with her meal, when she wanted to have it with her sunny side up eggs that were hanging from the side of the plate, & didn't even bring her salsa at all, & when we got our bill, they charged us extra for the side of shredded cheese when the waitress told us that it came with the meal! My mother & I were pretty upset with the poor service we received. I understand if they we're low on staff, but it wasn't THAT busy to excuse them from the type of service we received. I guess there's that old saying "cheap food = cheap service" that applies to this place. Will never eat at this location again.

  If I could give them no stars I would. Worst experience ever!
  
  We tried to avoid driving across town after an engagement party to get something to eat so we stopped here around 1:30AM to grab a bite. We waited in the drive through for 20 min and there was only 2 cars in front of us. Once we get up to the order box it took them another 5 min before someone asked us to please give them a moment and they would be right with us. 5 more min go by and someone took our order. We get to the window to pay and it takes them a moment to run my card. We wait another good 5 min before we get out milkshakes. I don't know about anyone else but I am one to get hangry! Those of you who don't know what this is its when your so hungry you get angry. Sooo, I eat half of my milkshake before someone finally comes to the window to shoves our food into my boyfriends hands and says drive safe and shuts the window and walks away. First thing I do is look into the bag to make sure its right and there is only one meal in the bag. So, I walk inside hoping someone would be able to assist. NO. There were people standing in line to be seated and they walked out after no one helped them. There was 4 other people at the bar and me with one meal in hand. It took the cook a few minutes before he finally put burgers on the grill and at this point no one has even acknowledged that we are there. After finishing the order he was making the same guy that was taking our order at the drive threw comes to the front and says he is going to start taking peoples orders. I politely stopped him and told him that he only gave us half of the order. After another long moment did they finally find our missing bag and he handed it to me and told me to check the order. I opened the burger and grease was sitting in a puddle in the wrapper. I grabbed my items and left. It was the worst experience you could have at a fast food restaurant.
