  3/6/17. This place deserves 0 stars. I had a horrible experience here. This place does not stand by its word or product. When we arrived at 7:20pm the place was locked up and dark even though they are supposed to close at 9pm. After waiting 10 min the owner (I can only assume) came around the outside corner and said he had "a lot of stuff to do so he closes early". He eventually let us in. I received a Groupon as a gift and the owner flat out refused to accept the Groupon even though their location was specifically listed in bold on the Groupon. He was very very rude and condescending. He treated us like we were not valued customers because we had a coupon. He absolutely refused to take a printed Groupon and treated us like garbage. I reported them to Groupon and will never return again.

  This location is in desperate need of training and support. General upkeep and supplements displays are lacking. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on who is working. Sometimes you will get a smile and then the next time they won't even acknowledge you to make your smoothie. I've visited this location twice in the last month and always order an Angel Food smoothie. The first time it tasted normal, but yesterday it tasted like it was made with dirty water/ice. Almost a metallic taste. It is possible there are health and safety concerns as well though I don't know for certain what the standards are and perhaps the set up is different, but I did see an employee open a container of almonds and put his hand in to grab a few to snack on. Overall, not up to the Smoothie King standard I am used to.
