  Absolutely terrible service asked to order a heart shaped cake. They said the cookie cake will be exactly 16 inches confirmed right in the menu. When went to pick up noticed the box was way smaller. When I asked about why it was smaller than the original cake they explained that the heart is cutout of the original 16 inch circle... Bait and switch at it's finest. And worst part was when I asked to replace they said sorry it's paid for so nothing they can do at this point. What kind of food company can not fix an error? Extremely poorly managed location with non empathetic employees. Highly do not recommend if you want good food with good service at a good price.

  I must say that it was great to give it a try! Costumer service was wonderful, the guy is an artist, I wanted a Nerf theme cookie for my son's birthday and he rock it! Service was fast, I like the prices and the cookies are deliciouuuuusssss.
