  We love coming to Einstein for bagels. On weekends the line can be long, but the bagels are always good.

  Customer service was lacking. Quick food just as ordered but due to no effort made to make customers feel appreciated I will not be returning. There was no greet on entry nor welcome statement at counter. Employee just asked what do you want. When I asked a question she just pointed at the display of bagels without any verbal response. After the order was paid for there was a receipt given without any verbal response.

  VERY disappointed. We come here nearly every weekend, and have done so for the past 5 years. In the past month, the time to receive our food has dramatically increased. Today was nearly 15 minutes for two bagels. Every time we are charged for a meal and only receive the bagel with toppings (no sides as is listed on the menu.) Also in the past three visits, the toppings (lox and bacon) have drastically decreased. We will no longer be returning to this location.
