  Took my family here, we are from Washington. The kids had a blast. John was our bartender. We had a few bartenders pass us with no one acknowledgment . Then John walked by and said he would be right with us. He came back within 2 minutes and had us our drinks within 3. He is a great asset to your company. We will be back.

  Clean considering the number of people that come through here. Our waitress was nice and not overbearing. Baby prefers "skill" games over video games and they had plenty of both! I think I've been here only once, but will definitely return soon.

  First off...the games are fun, no complaint there. However, let's talk about the service. Our waitress was nice enough but disappeared for long periods of time. I had to ask 3 different people (1 of them was amanager fyi)for a steak knife to eat my steak with and by the time I got one my steak was now well done and cold (I asked for it medium rare) and inedible. I asked to speak with a manager and he was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. He blamed the kitchen for not having any clean steak knives. Not once did he apologize. Very bad service. Will not go back.
