  This place is very noisy, packed, and there's always a wait to be seated. Servers are friendly but swamped. Food is okay with large portions but the desserts are delicious. They need good coffee to accompany the dessert. This is not the place for a quiet romantic date even if you opt for outdoor seating. If you need to go to the bathroom, the ones across the way at Barnes & Noble are usually cleaner.

  Horrible service for the price! and clueless staff!
  30 min wait to be seated and while waiting a whole hour more for the main course, the waiter comes by to ask if we wanted to order dessert! we asked to box the items we ordered since we had a 3 month old with us. Came home to find out the food was charred and bread was burnt!! I wish I could post the pictures here...Worst CF experience ever!

  Horrible customer service!!!
  Went to this location for lunch and sat at my table for 30 minutes waiting on my waiter and they never came. I waited 30 minutes before I decided to walk out with my family. I asked several members of the staff who was suppose to be waiting on me and they were not sure. They finally figured out it was a guy named "Carlos" but they never came back or just walked right past me. I tried calling after I left to talk to the manager but got put on hold for 15 minutes and I eventually hung up. The whole staff seemed very disorganized and confused. This is not the way to run a restaurant. I love Cheesecake Factory but I will never bring my family and friends back to this location again.

  I've only been to this location and the one closer to my home. This location was a convenience factor. I have never had a bad meal. Great service by Ian and his team who all ran each other's food for their respective customers. I ordered the Steak Diane- Angus Beef Medallions covered with Black Peppercorns smothered in a wonderful mushroom & grilled onion wine sauce served with mashed potatoes. Excellent!
